We have taken over Es Ministre Restaurant for a long, leisurely afternoon by the sea. Located on Ses Illetes Beach with it’s crystal-clear waters we will relax between the sandy beach and the cozy restaurant. Kids are welcome!

Lunch will be around 2:00pm but food and drinks will be served throughout the day. If beach time isn’t for you, explore as you choose. get bikes and roam. enjoy a hike. wander through small towns.

As a nod to our catamaran in Mallorca a decade ago, join us for an unforgettable time on the Balearic seas. Get ready to swim, dance and soak it all in while we sail the ibiza coast as the sun dips down.

Attire: Sailing Style, elevated swimwear and light cover-ups for dancing while the sun is setting.

Join us poolside at our villa outside Santa Eulària for an sun-soaked afternoon rolling into evening. Expect great food, flowing drinks, and music to get you ready for Ibiza nights. Kids are welcome!

A casual dinner will be served around 7:30pm.
